Reflection's Flora and Fauna
A collection of my photos of flora and fauna, and maybe now and then,
something else that catches my attention and just will not let go.
Maybe even with little verbage, which is pretty hard for this gal.

Early May 2013, Locke California.

Lily pads growing in a large container in Locke Memorial Park.

It was rather warm, even the wasps were thirsty.

Spring Flowers from Preston Castle, Ione California

.
Back in April, 2013, Man and I visited Preston Castle in Ione California thanks to the coordinators of the MOC Spring Rally.  I blogged about that visit on Reflections the other day.

There was a small, but, very pretty, garden along side the building, and I snapped a few of the spring flowers in bloom, and since we can never get enough spring flowers in bloom, here they are, a few months late, just before fall hits here in SE Michigan.

You know I love this one, Iris AND purple.

Amaryllis, something I have never grown in my gardens, but, ohhh, so lovely.

Let's get just a bit closer, bold and stunning.

Mr G and the Catfish

Floodwood Minnesota, Catfish Capital of the World.

Mr G, catching the big one. Now, if he could just see it.  SIGH, old age, and he is now blind.

.
Mackinaw Island, August 2013

This gate is covered in hydrangea, or what I thought was hydrangea.  It was spectacular!
