Texas or Mexican Olive
From the archives of 2006, this flower is from a bush that grows in southern Texas, I have heard called both the Texas and the Mexican Olive. According to TopTropicals, it is called Cordia boissieri - White Geiger tree, Texas Olive, Anacahuita.
