I was just going to say and Barbara nailed it . . . these are sweet peas, Carol! One of my very favorite flowers I grow yearly. They smell so good too! Great photo!

Thanks you two, Gina has convinced me that sweet peas can indeed live in a desert environment, so, I will bow to your expertise.

Yes, I recognized the sweet peas - one of my mother's favorite flowers, and mine, too (though cultivated ones don't do well here).

Carol, LOL . . . expert I am not but I recognize my favorites anywhere. As far as the desert . . . they must be ok somehow! I know they do love the warmer weather.
