Seahorse
.
I have tried at just about every zoo for a photo of the sweet ever moving seahorse. I have failed several times. They are usually shown in dark aquarium buildings. And, did I say, they are EVER MOVING!! Even when "resting" sometimes hooked onto the flora with those tails, they are moving, swaying to and fro.
When we visited the Tampa Lowry Zoo I tried again. I took 13 photos, these two turned out the best I have done yet. Both photos have been sharpened during the editing process.
You can see this little fella (or gal) is clearly hooked onto the flora (not sure if that is real live flora or not):

Tampa Lowrey Zoo Elephants
.
Friend Barbara requested elephant photos. So, I tried. There are 6 photos here, there are at least that many that are out of focus. The elephants were somewhere between 500 and 750 feet away, that being the best guestimate of Man's.
Part of the herd, 3 adults and one very small baby.
There are actually two babies in this photo, one to the left, the other hiding behind mom about the middle.
Baby, Sony Too zoomed, danged pole!
One of the adults.
Same baby as above, I can tell by the mud on it's ear. Having a spot of grass/hay/straw.

Clouded Leopard
.
Man and I went to the Tampa Lowry Zoo.
As always I shot way too many photos and as always, many of them are crummy. Shooting animals is a challenge.
This is the clouded leopard. It is from Southeast Asia. Signage at the zoo said this cat actually purrs like a smaller cats.
Photo taken from 30 or 40 feet (or more), through fencing. The while lines down the sides of the face are the fence. I decided to go for face shots on many of the creatures rather than have photos with more fence than animals.
