Reflection's Flora and Fauna
A collection of my photos of flora and fauna, and maybe now and then,
something else that catches my attention and just will not let go.
Maybe even with little verbage, which is pretty hard for this gal.

Arizona Hedgehog Cactus

.
From the Boyce Thompson Arboretum, Superior, Arizona.  The signage indicated that these are endangered, and that javelina's find them a tasty morsel to snack on.  These hedgehogs were "rescued" from a road improvement site and are being studied for 5 years to see if discoveries can be made as far as growing conditions, etc.

Cute. I can tell you are in sticky, prickly land.
Cactus really have a personality.
