Reflection's Flora and Fauna
A collection of my photos of flora and fauna, and maybe now and then,
something else that catches my attention and just will not let go.
Maybe even with little verbage, which is pretty hard for this gal.

Fort Wayne's Children's Zoo, Marabou Stork

A face/head/neck only it's mom could love, eh??

From Wikipedia we learn:  This beaut is about 60 inches tall, weighs of over 20 pounds and has a wingspan of at least 10.5 feet. "In the last regard, it shares the distinction of having the largest wingspan of any landbird with the Andean Condor."

Almost as tall as me, but a lot less in weight. I gather his wings were clipped.
