Reflection's Flora and Fauna
A collection of my photos of flora and fauna, and maybe now and then,
something else that catches my attention and just will not let go.
Maybe even with little verbage, which is pretty hard for this gal.

Flowers DO Grow in the Grand Tetons and Yellowstone Too

.
This is either Mules-Ear or Balsamroots.  I have not been able to determine which.  Taken in Grand Tetons National Park on June 21, 2011, with snow near by, and of course, in the Grand Tetons in the background.  We were at the top of Signal Mountain Road, elevation around 7,700 feet.

We found the same flowers growing in Yellowstone National Park a few days later, on the Grand Lap Road at 8,150 feet.

These are beautiful, esp. the first one that Lisa wants to steal. Gotta look at them again.
